Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have a opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.

Galatians 6:9-10

The world tells us that we should get something in return when we do good things for others and that somehow our good deeds become worthless when we don’t get that pat on the back, praise or self-gratification. Slowly, we start to harden our hearts. That is why I love Galatians 6:9-10.
